There's no need for you to be home — just provide us with yard access instructions when you book. We'll leave your yard clean and fresh-smelling, ready for you to enjoy!
Our $79/month service includes weekly poop scooping of your entire yard (up to half an acre), yard deodorizing with pet-safe products, and proper waste disposal. The price is the same no matter how many dogs you have! Larger properties may require custom pricing.
No! As long as we have access to your backyard, we can service your yard while you're away. When you book, simply provide us with access instructions such as a gate code, hidden key location, or note that your gate is unlocked. We'll text you when service is complete.
We provide service in light to moderate rain. However, for safety and quality reasons, we may need to reschedule in heavy rain, thunderstorms, or severe weather conditions. If we need to reschedule, we'll notify you as soon as possible and schedule an alternative day.
Absolutely! You can pause or skip your service anytime at no charge. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled service day and we'll skip that visit. Your billing will be automatically adjusted — you only pay for the weeks you receive service.
No! There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You're on a month-to-month basis and can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business every week!
Yes! We only use pet-safe, eco-friendly products for both our cleaning and deodorizing treatments. Our deodorizers are non-toxic and safe for dogs, cats, and other pets. We ask that pets be kept indoors during service for their safety and to allow us to work efficiently.
Payment is automatic! We securely store your payment information and charge your card on file on the same day each month. You'll receive a receipt via email after each charge. We accept all major credit cards.
That's perfect! Most of our customers have fenced yards. We'll need either a gate code, instructions for accessing a lockbox, or simply note that your gate is unlocked. If your fence has a specific entry method, just let us know when you book.
